BERGEDIL SARDIN Bergedilsardin


Bahan-bahannya:


500gm kentang(di potong 4)
daun sup
5 ekor sardin(boleh juga di ganti dengan daging atau ayam hancur)
sedikit bawang goreng (di ramas)
1 biji telur (untuk menggoreng)
garam secukup rasa


Cara-cara membuat:


-goreng kentang dan lenyek sehingga hancur
-masukkan semua bahan ke dalam kentang yang sudah di lenyek kecuali telur
-Bentuk kan menjadi bebola leper sederhana besar
-Lumurkan bergedil ke dalam telur yang telah dipukul dan terus masukkan ke dalam kuali
untuk digoreng

acap sardin ape? ikan sardin la cap ayam brand wakaka.. ikot suka la brand ape pon asl kan ikan sardin udah ler... caye ke x resepi dh ade 2 hafiz... salin & wat je la... simple sakan tuh ahaks!!~~wat jgn xwat~~
