CELCOM LINE FAILURE 24th September 2009

I believe ALL the CELCOM users were in the dark yesterday eve till night due to CELCOM line failure (NETWORK FAILED) error.

I was one of them and due to the symptom of error which was not stable
(sometimes can connect/call), I thought my HP is causing the error. I
spent hours trying to fix and going thru the HP setup etc.......

DAMN...what a waste of time. Next time, announce laaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....

Luckily I didn't throw away my HP (already soo gerammmmm).

Also, how would CELCOM plan to reimburse back the BROADBAND users who failed to use the internet facility?????

Not to mention, those who were unable to do EMERGENCY calls out to the police etc????

Come on CELCOM....where's your CONTINGENCY plan? Such a big company but soo poorin managing a crisis....
